DIRECTIONS
Apply a small amount of shampoo from the palms of your hands, on wet hair while massaging lightly with the pads of your fingers. Do this over your entire scalp. Lightly massage foam throughout the entire lengths of wet hair as well. Leave on for 15-30 seconds for a thorough cleanse. Rinse out well by lightly massaging rinse water completely throughout your entire hair & scalp.

DIRECTIONS
Squeeze out excess water, the more the better, from clean wet hair and apply conditioner to hair ends first, working the conditioner up the hair shaft in the direction toward the roots. Leave on for 2 to 5 min. Rinse well with warm water using your hands.
