If your package or its contents arrive damaged, please document the damage with a description and photographs as soon as possible. Do not discard or attempt to repair the damaged item. Please retain the packaging and any related documentation and contact the carrier promptly if a carrier claim may be necessary.

If a carrier marks a package as “delivered” but you cannot locate it, we recommend contacting the carrier promptly and reviewing the tracking information. We also encourage you to monitor package tracking and use a secure delivery location.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges and do not issue refunds, except as provided below. Please carefully review your order before confirming your purchase.
Exceptions are limited to products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us through our Contact page message box or email us at info@shampoow.com within fourteen (14) days of delivery. Please retain the product, packaging, photographs, shipping information, and any other documentation that may help us evaluate the issue.
If an exception applies, we may provide a replacement or store credit, as appropriate.
Because our products are personal-care products, we do not accept returns of opened, used, or otherwise handled products. This policy helps us protect the freshness, quality, and integrity of our shampoo, conditioner, and body wash products.
