DIRECTIONS
Apply a small amount of shampoo from the palms of your hands to wet hair while massaging lightly with the pads of your fingers. Do this over your entire scalp. Lightly massage the foam throughout the lengths of wet hair as well. Leave on for 15–30 seconds for a thorough cleanse. Rinse well, lightly massaging the rinse water throughout your hair and scalp.

DIRECTIONS
Squeeze out excess water—the more, the better—from clean, wet hair. Apply conditioner to the hair ends first, working the conditioner up the hair shaft toward the roots. Leave on for 2 to 5 minutes. Rinse well with warm water using your hands.

Apply and lather Daily Balancing Body Wash on a wet sponge, loofah, or thin wash cloth. Wash using your chosen sponge, loofah, or wash cloth. Add more Body Wash if necessary, then rinse thoroughly.
